This week, according to CNet, certain Facebook business pages appeared to have been posting malicious links. The pages affected are ones managed by Sendible, a company that makes software for businesses to manage accounts and presences on various social-media services.
In its Twitter feed, Sendible has been quick to deny that it was hacked. Instead, the company wrote, “One of our users has discovered a major flaw in Facebook’s security.”
Apparently, when the user attempted to post as a fan to certain Facebook business pages, the user, instead, wound up as the owner of the page.
