For 6th Birthday, Facebook Gets Facelift

Today is Facebook‘s 6th birthday!  To mark the occasion, the social networking giant is introducing users to a dramatic, new design of its homepage.  The new design will also emphasize greater search capability and the ability to send messages without navigating away from the homepage.

According to a Mashable.com article, which you can link to here, the new design is already rolling out to users, and Facebook expects to give access to everyone shortly.  For now, here is a picture of the new design to give you an idea of the changes underway, which I obtained from the Mashable.com article.
