ABA Journal Poll Shows Most Lawyers Favor Television In Courtroom

The American Bar Association‘s Journal online, LawNewsNow, featured a poll this week that is worth reviewing.  The poll is interesting in light of the Supreme Court‘s 5-4 decision to block cameras from videotaping the San Francisco Proposition 8 same-sex marriage trial.  According to the ABA poll, more than 60% of those responding favor cameras in the federal courtrooms at least on some occasions.  Here is a screen capture showing the poll:
